Momentarily - a brief duration ,
Momently - something will happen in a brief time Thus "We will be landing momentarily" - very scary experience. "We will be landing momently" - soon. According to dictionary.com, the two words are essentially interchangeable. For my part, I've never heard the word "momently" before but I guess it could be argued I don't get out much. :) |
