I bought Target myself, and it's unbeatable value for money (yes, even compared with free stuff). I don't recommend it for professional use though because you can't import and export to different layout packages. I also still have to refer to the help every time I need to draw a new symbol, and although it comes stuffed with a huge parts library, it isn't well organised or bug free.

It is great for hobbyists though!
