- tamperproof (tamper-evident) label/sticker (a very thin foil, usually silverish so I assume that's some plastic/alu sandwith; plus a rather strong glue; it breaks and tears very easily when you try to remove it)

- a drop of black (filled) epoxy on top of the IC or over the whole IC

- enclose to a metal case with tamperproof/tamper-evident lock or similar (explosives come into mind but I think I should stop looking at those stupid action movies :-)
