Hy folks,

does anybody know a safe methode for removing the stamp from chip package?

I know, the internal die carries the chip name and it's finally needless to remove the stamp. But I have to prepare some boards for a presentation. So, a simple removing of stamp would help a lot.

No, the stamp isn't lasered.

Is there a suited solvent to do the trick? Or do I need to mill the surface, which I try to avoid because of internal ESD?

No, putting stickers on the chips isn't a solution either...
