When i measured the Timing Cap voltage after Triggering, it showed .66*Vcc = 3.3Vdc. But the LED connected to the O/P is not turning 'OFF' after 1.496 Sec. It remains in the 'ON' state constantly (The timing cap is not discharging from 3.3V)

suggestions required.
