I'll definitely try the buffer solution.
I was planning to build a data logger as the next development to this project. Being a complete rookie at external memory interfacing, I am quite unaware as to how I could proceed with this.
I was planning to use an MMC card for storing NMEA data as a text file which I can later connect to the computer. Is this achievable? Or would it be too difficult at this stage?
If so, what other options could I use for data storing?
