You really can buy these things at nearly any retailer such as Target, BestBuy, K-Mart, Wal-Mart, or Sears, and I've even seen 'em at a grocery store. Where'll they show up next? Maybe at 7-11? They're not cheap in those stores, but for people who simply want to stick 'em into their cellphone, it's convenient enough for them to pay the extra money.

Those online stores that Pricewatch advertises have much better prices ($5 rather than $30) but you do have to wait a few days to take delivery.
