Yes, I have been studying it carefully & I also saw that I am not only need 1 more address bit but 5 more address bit instaed (from 1Gbit to 16Gbit = 2Gbyte). As I mentioned before that I haven't worked with this HW interface, I am not sure there is any problem between the two (MCU & 2Gbyte Memory) related with Hardware & Firmware before assemblying them together & trying out

Thanks for yor hints, I will work more on this!
