I did take a look & the maximum availble GByte for Micro SD card, is 2Gbyte & current when WR about 100mA. I hope that it will have more in the near future (in case I use it), I also did find Molex connector for the standard Micro SD card.

I will re-consider to use NAND Flash or Micro SD card to see which is fit for my need & thnaks for every thing
