A good example of something you can't really test. You can test on a specific hardware at a specific time at a specific temperature.

But since components have tolerances, you will not really know the result for a full 10k batch of devices - some may work all the way to the brownout detect point, while some may not.

Same with most of your other suggestions. If you see a problem, then you can consider if it is bad or not. If you don't see a problem, you don't know if you are really free from problems for that test.
