Do You know wheere this is not ok?

Rememeber that there are countries where it is illegal to even own books, or where the laws are changing from month to month depending on the current mood of the rulers...

But to my knowledge, no country in the civilized world have legal issues with lending books to friends, which should make it a non-issue for this debate.
