As the instruction text right next to the 'Subject' entry box suggests, "Project help" is not a descriptive subject!

I think the one and only reason to use a mobile is if you happen to have a spare one kicking around, or can get one very, very cheaply. Apart from that, I think just about everything about a phone makes it a poor choice for interfacing to any sort of automatic controller!
