I thought they were a Russian operation, but was surprised to see the offices were in New York.
Frankly at this point, I'm considering AVR or something else if it costs $2k for a decent 8051 ICE. We use some SILabs parts, which are fine, but I also need parts that are less analog-centric than their vanilla parts. We also do quite a bit of volume in the sub $2 8051 range. But I won't work in assembler (ATtiny = PIC = yuk!), so it's got to be a decent enough micro with a decent C compiler. I love Keil. |
