- Connect the rectifier to the input cap via traces on the top layer. Do not change the layers.

- Put the vias connecting 0V and 5V to the inner layers much closer to the output cap pins!!

- Omit L4 and L5.

Connect them by many vias! Also, in each layer, there should be a connection of ground of input cap to ground of output cap, like shown in the top layer.

Why do you feed one AC line of rectifier to other parts on your board? Is there elsewhere a rectifier on your board? This would not be a good idea!
