I am not talking it would take days to upload to your sign board , again an understanding problem! . What I mean is some displays takes less days to upload whereas some very frequent (rate of display of adverts and not the upload time).
NOW, gentlemen may I suggest that - as I have worked with this lingo for a decade - that you cut the confusion.

You UPLOAD via e.g. RS-232 what is to be displayed (typically text strings)
You LOAD the LED drivers. (bitmaps)

I never read anywhere you asked Erik to stop picking up querrels
