eg the vanilla RF variety from Linx. Radiotronix, Digi have some modules too depending on what you want them to do. Other than this is the Microchip MRF24J40 chip, Unifi chip etc which let you work in the 2.4GHz band. Unless you are Rad(iation)-Hard(ened) ;) its better to stick with the modules. RF without the proper tools can drive you nuts.
