The ARM MCU's that you use have 4 GB of on-chip code memory and that much on-chip RAM? They do have a 32-bit address and data bus, right?
that's outright silly a chip can justifiably claim (to anyone but Richard) to have flash and RAM onboard without having to have as much of both or either as the processor can handle.
