#186103 - I have twice had one such case Responding to: ???'s previous message |
If a low-volume user reports a chip bug, the chip manufacturer should be interested in case that bug affects their high-volume customers...
I have beem a "low volume user" (5-50 chips) and a "high volume user" and a "medium volume user". I have, as posted before, had one such case as a "low volume user" and Arghmels response was that I was incompetent to figure that out. That they included it in the errata months later proved my 'incompetence'. I have had one such case as a "high volume user" and Philips response was to replace all chips including the bondouts for the ICEs. Erik |
