My wife is, she was born in Brazil and only moved here in 2003. Her english is excellent (she started learning it at 10) but sometimes she turns to tell me something and it comes out in portuguese. She thinks in english most of the time but I know she thinks in portuguese sometimes. The only time that she has to revert to portuguese is when doing math.
