Is leasing Compiler legal ? . I will never do that its a matter of ones conscience , where to stop . I guess what you do this is contradictory phenomenon , I wouldnt lease my compiler to someone for evaluation . I am getting suspicious Erik :) .


I dont know why these guys are such kind hearted , maybe they throw a hook at people to give competition to Keil(2k - 4k limit) ,Raisonance(4k limit), Bascom(2K) ,Hi-Tech plenty of good products are code limited or some function limited . And IAR sells their compiler at rockets price ? . I recall your discussion regarding IAR AVR compiler here earlier and you were only interested in knowing how strong their Customer support is ? , now you dig other issues , you and me know IAR earns via customer support and the product without that is of no much use.



IAR people knows that their tool can be misused but do you know whats missing with their evaluation version

Will expire 30 days after generation of the evaluation key.

Above all no customer support , does that makes usefull even after 30 days .
