The Actel FPGAs don't have a configuration memory; rather, they feature nonvolatile memory instead of RAM cells in the logic cells themselves.

I don't know on the others, though - if they are only a multichip modules (FPGA + config memory in one package) or equivalent, it's certainly viable.
