Even more interesting is the question, WHAT actually flows, when we talk about electric current. Is it the slowly drifting electrons that is "flowing", or the electro-magnetic effect the charged electrons have on each other?

When we talk about that a capacitor is charged by a current, do we mean those slowly drifting electrons?
