Erik malund and Andy Neil do try to say that but by shouting They aren't really shouting, it only sounds like that... Nevertheless again and again the most helpful comments are coming from them. Gopal said:
Erik and Andy you doing a good job but please be a little more considerate and maybe cut out sarcastic comments for the first time. I agree with you, I don't like this dark sarcasm either. But the newbie posting here has it in his hand to turn the atmosphere into a productive one. If you go to your professor you must also be prepared to get an unfriendly answer right? But with your attitude you can influence the situation and convince the professor not wasting his time. You see what I mean? But many newbies come here rather arrogant and lazy and expect free help, yes even complete solutions, from experts, and that is the wrong attitude not resulting in a productive atmosphere. Before aswering any question most of members lament that new graduates are not up to the mark. No, they lament that basic rules of conversation are violated. If I come here and want help, then I must be friendly, must offer all details I have, must show that I have put lots of efforts to solve the problem by myself. Like in the real world, when someone comes to you and asks you for help... If I'm your dentist, then you must open your mouth and show me your teeths, before I can help. The same with posting here: Without giving us all known details of application there's nearly no help! Kai |
