I did not mean solution to particular question but in general .Before aswering any question most of members lament that new graduates are not up to the mark.
So the above thread was regarding how to help newbie engineers to make them understand that project that are given is part of larger picture and by copying or asking for code they are hurting themselves.

Erik malund and Andy Neil do try to say that but by shouting or battering them you will only make them run away to another forums where they may give him the code and that is not what we want.
Erik and Andy you doing a good job but please be a little more considerate and maybe cut out sarcastic comments for the first time.If the OP still continues i will also join in the bashing.

The above thread does not imply that the forum members are not helping .This is one of the best forum on the net.
