The Dallas/Maxim Home page has Customer Alerts, kind of out of the way, but under Maxim/Dallas Direct. In this case i just wrote Customer Support for Micros and Kevin responded with the PDF. I then just copied the text from the PDF (using the "select text" feature) into the email. I agree the Hi-Performance drop-in parts are "squirreled away" on the Micro web page, i usually just type in the part number in the search box at the top of the page. regards, p |
