there is no decuopling after the (for whatever reason inserted) power switch transistor. (there is none before it either).
the reset is labelled RST (not !RST) and is thus the wrong name or the wrong polarity and also the AWFUL RC style.

thus if this "works" the quotes around works can not be removed.
