#190054 - Package, Vcc ?

I use Nuvoton 8052s normally, ...

So an 8k ..F330 would do if that's preferable. Certainly cheaper - but I do need something that's got at least 5 years.

Nuvoton have ADC 8051 models, and have new 1 Cycle, small parts showing in their selector guide as due this quarter. N76E88x

You do not mention package or Vcc, but if 3V and moderate pin count/code size are ok, then the new SiLabs F85x/F86x would be good.

If you need 5V, then the F5xx series have wide Vcc, Wide temperature and should have long design cycle lifetimes (Automotive/industrial)

SiLabs also dropped the price on their USB uC, so something like the F387
is close to usb-for-free.

If you need legacy packages, & wide Vcc, then Atmel LP51 are a good choice.
The higher end Atmel parts also have a ROM bootloader.
