He/she isn't allowed to modify the system. And a single station is irrelevant in the whole picture so if he forwards a complaint it will be ignored.

The only thing that matters is: does it affect the sales?

Something that affects customers way more are all new card terminals with a shield expected to block others from seeing the user entering the card code. But the shield creates a strong shadow on the display, and many of the designs do not have suitable backlighting. So the user don't know when the terminal is ready to accept the code. And can't see any new * being displayed when keys are pressed.
