The problem, most likely, stem from the fact that here we have an "IT guy" and I was thus not an "administrator". When that got fixed it ran. At home, of course, I have "full privileges". Now the question is "if a user can do it by clicking "run as administrator" (as in Keil install above) what good does it do?". I know two types of 'dummies' those that accept they are dumb and thus do not do what they are not familar with and the dangerous type that will try anything. Thus "run as administrator" is only available to the dangerous types. Erik |
