Yes - I think that's the bit that they're really worried about!

It's not really about protecting dumb users from doing dumb things - it's about stopping them blaming Microsfoft for the results!

I think the vast majority of security issues are down to dumb users.
You see it in real life: people leave their car unlocked, and then complain when it gets nicked!

If people can be so dumb with obvious, physical, visible security - what chance do they stand with the invisible, intangible, "virtual" security of a PC??!

In case anyone wondered, "nicked", as used above, is slang here for "stolen".
