Or are you looking for code that will test the operation of a known IC? (which is what the project you initially cited claims to do)

And, when you say "test", do you mean a complete test of all parameters over their full range at all operating conditions, or do you just mean a quick "GO/NO-GO" functional test?

Need someone advice.
