#178160 - General response Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I had no intention of using UV EPROMs. The W27C512 is a 64k EPROM that uses 14v to erase the chip, instead of UV.
My plan was to use the parts that I already have, with minimal spending. Get the programmer, put ASEM-51's BOOT-51 into a chip, plug the chip into my system, connect the MCU I found (P87C52EBPN, EA tied low) to my PC via a max233 module, and get the system up and running. My spending is $50, and that is why I was asking about this device. It is the cheapest one I can find. So the answer about the 52-BASIC is no? |
