I emphatically disagree. The 'F326 comes in a QFN-28 package, which is a real b@$tard to solder. In one of my products, I used a SiLabs CP2201 USB-to-UART, which has the same footprint. The yield on these things was ~20%!
For a time I thought this was my own fault, until I visited a respectable board-assembly house and was told they yielded around 25% on QFN packages.

So, yes, I would say they *are* "not easy to solder".
