I have zero, nada none, keine, interest to "write your own PC based program in multiple languages like VB, python, C..."

I only will connect one unit and the records will be rare and only about 7 bytes.

will the above work well enough (not blowing more than once a day) using the "the GUI program that comes with it" ?
