#175635 - Ready to drop the TS505. Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Okay, I'll take your advice and drop the idea of getting that processor up and running. I wanted to try and understand enough to get the board up and running to talk serially to a small GSM MODEM module without relying on my PC. GSM is another big thing in the current marketplace that I seem to know very little about. I seem to have spent the last few years working (at work) on things that are less relevant in the current job market :( I used to work on x86 PC Motherboard test programs in 'C' and MASM, so thought that I could blow off the cobwebs so to speak.
