#171630 - Solution found. Thread can close.
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Dear Kai,

Just take it easy !! There are no words to express your kindness. I have been ripped apart just for the use of a term. And you have supported me so well besides so many others. Thanks!

If someone had so much as mentioned my slip as a "PS" I would have corrected myself. I have no technical ego here. Electronics is not my field of graduation. I am always willing to learn from stalwarts like you, Craig, Steve, Herbert, Westermark, Erik, Mike, Jan, Rob, Charles just to name a few. And I always admire at Andy - be it to bring up a old relevant thread or commenting on semantics - he is tops. Maybe in this thread it took an argumentative turn. I have no regrets. We all learn everyday.

I should also mention this - you and so many of the others have helped me in a big way even to direct mails. I will never forget the time when you pulled me out of trouble with a 70ns glitch that was driving me crazy for days on end.

When forums turn very formal, where every spelling and terminology counts, I think the fun and buddy feeling is lost. Afterall this is a place to share what we know and learn what we do not know, just for the kindness of it.

I only have a request to the moderator : This thread can close as it has long deviated from the primary purpose. And the OP has found the answer that he needs.

Thanks to one and all.

Raghu
