Even that isn't a good description - I still wouldn't know what it meant from that description.

A proper description would need to state that there are two LEDs connected with opposite polarity.

"Anti-parallel" or "inverse-parallel" are sometimes used to describe this kind of arrangement - but I wouldn't rely on that being universally understood.

Brevity at times can be confusing.

Over-abbreviation will always cause confusion!
