Called Bad Blood and it gives an account of the festina affair and events after that, its interesting reading as it shows how in the 1990's doping was rife and all the professional riders used the excuse that they were paid to entertain, their jobs where on the line if they didn't perform and a lot of them were riding races which were fixed anyway so as far as they were concerned all that mattered was putting on a show which didn't actualy kill them, not a very sporting defence but it was the attitude at the time.
