Its usualy people who don't have the slightest idea of what it takes to do what these people do.I don't suppose you have much idea of the suffering involved in what is just about the hardest sport in the world. Jez, when I was younger I did lots of sports, for instance ski racing in the winter. We had really heavy training three times a week in the summer. And in the winter I often missed school from Thursday on because I had racings in the Alps. Don't tell me what suffering is in sports! Jez said:
The stage to watch is going up alpe D'Huez which Pantani rode in something like 37 minutes which would kill any normal person. Yes, exactly, I have seen this too, when I was a fan of Tour de France. Have you seen how fast this guy was? No one else had even the least chance against him. It was a real shock, entirely unbelievable how he raced up the hill! As if all the competitors were standing still. A real huge fake! Jez, the effect of modern doping is not a few % improvement. It's so much that an undoped person has not even the least chance against a doped. If one person is doping then all the others have also to dope, if they want to have a chance. Kai |
