It takes ruthless committment to winning at any cost. That includes allowing people to shoot you up with all sorts of things, to extracting your own blood, spinning it down and reinjecting your red blood cells.

It is, by many standards, completely bent. Its so far bent, you may just as well say anything goes, inject whatever, eat whatever - you're all doing it, so at least lets level the playing field. However, the quid-pro-quo is that you won't have access to free medical care.....

You say it doesn't go on as much as it did, me, I'll bet they have just found novel ways to divert the testers.
