I misnamed what I really want, Oliver said, the name is "closed loop positioner".

I want to fix a mirror in the HDD head to deflect a laser, just direct driven, no gearboxes, as I need some speed, I think pwm should not fit.

I thought in control its position using some type of digital parallel mode an analog voltage, what circuit can do this?

What can I use as feedback? I thought in a type of pot that comes inside Playstation analogic controllers, it is 10k but gives 0 to 10k range in something like 30ยบ, so could fit.
