I don't think Windows supports any interface besides possibly FireWire that handles speeds higher than 10Mbit/s of synchronous data. The receiving hardware must have a quite large buffer to make sure that the device can buffer for a while in case the Windows kernel gets involved doing something else in any critical section somewhere.
I think I would prefer a uC with some form of buffer memory and then send in the data at a slower speed or with flow control. The question here is how many such devices you need, i.e. how price sensitive you are. |
