and see that it is not properly placed. Where is the digital ground return currents of MCP3202 flowing in my scheme and where in your's? How much analog ground do I contaminate with digital noise and how much do you?

Who says, that it's simple to fabricate a good layout? It's not, it can be dammned difficult sometimes!
