#160111 - PCB routing question
I am a bit worried with third parties project with their pet choise of PIC16F877 MCU .They require ADC for sensor conditioning . When I had a look into the datasheet I couldnt locate the AGND and DGND pins ? it only has Vdd and Vss both common for Analog and Digital circuit . Now how usefull could be the split ground plane topology would be here here , I am feeling foolish to do this as the GND seems to be already connected inside . It wouldnt make sense to split the GNDs and connect the two with low impedance externally or will it make sense ?
I need advise for routing this for minimum noise addition to the ADC circuitry .

Regards/
AP
