I've been using the LPC2368 (512k, ethernet, USB, etc) at the cost of $3.90 in quanties of ONE.


I like the 'F120 chip too, but agree it is an overpriced item even with the extra analogue I/O...

The current one-off pricing for the LPC2368 from Digikey is USD$8.70 - must be making quite a margin, then? :-)
