and just like the previous Georges, prior to the American Revolution, he can't speak English either.

IIRC, George-III was the reigning monarch in Britain at the time of the revolution, and the first one in several generations to learn to speak English.

Our reigning monarch is George Walker Bush. His pop is George Herbert Walker Bush. BTW, if you want some interesting readin, Google up "Herbert Walker" and Eugenics. You'll quickly see names like Prescott Bush and George Herbert Walker. Read on from there ...
