Because it may be right on your part to scold such persons but it will actually defeat the purpose of this forum.

Not to 'scold' agreed, but if the mistakes are not pointed out they will never get fixed and even rub off on the next participant. Some are so thin skinned that a statement like "I can not fix uncommented code" makes them blow up.
