1) A good freeware for atmel uc simulator Try JSim by Jens Altmann http://home.arcor.de/jensaltmann/jsim-e.htm Also, most of the commercial tools - which have much more capabilities than the free ones - do have limited demo/trial versions, you can try them out. Anil Soni said:

3) Simple Programmer for AT89C52 circuit diagram For example, http://home.tiscali.de/peterd/to.../index.htm by Peter Dannegger, who is an active member of this forum. The trouble is, that you need to have a '51 programmed to make the '51 working... I (and I believe, many other members of 8052.com) recommend you to use for prototyping a serially programmed; and it is better to use an UART-programmed '51 such as the AT89C51RD2 or P89V51RD2 (better than the SPI-ISP-based AT89Sxxxx). They are somewhat more expensive, but you will get very comfortable working environment quickly. The added bonus of P89V51RD2 is the built-in monitor called SOftICE (but needs Keil's uvision for work), which helps when debugging your application. Jan Waclawek |
