I was been working in an Electronics concern for a period of one year after my college. couldnt do much with my work place :( So iam exploring my ways now for a better oppurtunity. A simple pdf giving this type of information for beginners,or rather than reproduce stuff which has already been written take a look at the basic introductions on sites like www.altera.com or www.xilinx.com Jez, Thanks for the links you have described.
