Which pull-up still delivers current? Why does the current flowing out of the port pin decreases from about 650µA to only about 50µA? Kai Hello Kai, I could see that pFET2 will only be ON when the latch o/p changes from logic 1 to 0. How could i know about the current and voltage being delivered by that weak pullup (pFET2). Also, if i need to bring it low with an external device (a switch), i think i dont need to worry about this transition current and voltage. comments please! Kindly let me know for any materials to be gone through. -suresh. |
